2 Days, 14 Hours, 45 Minutes

I am leaving the great state of Ohio on Interstate 70 West for Seattle today at 11:30 pm. According to the good people at Greyhound my bus should arrive in the Pacific Northwest at 11:15 am. The journey to the end of the line will last 2 days, 14 hours, and 45 minutes. The road will be long, yet I long for the gentle humm of tires rolling over infinite bands of asphalt into the unknown night. I will miss the family and friends I leave behind, yet I am confident that the tears of our departure will nurture the roots of our friendship long into the future. My return will be all the more joyous for the time we have spent apart. Goodbye dear friends. I hope the road finds everyone well until we meet again. I will post on Sunday evening once I arrive at my vagrant-friendly abode in the Emerald City.
