Referencing God as 'her'. That is so 2002. Come on, Aaron. Not that I am scolding you for not being trendy, but the whole female God thing just seems tired. Or maybe I am just a old-fashioned goat that bristles at the thought of a female God. I still like the white beard and flowing robes. I own two robes. Teri cloth. What the hell was I talking about?
If anything I strive to be out of date, just badly enough that it is back into date. You know, like early 90s rock tees on skinny anorexic model types. The worst part about the post, sadly enough, is not the Joan Osbourne ripoff that you so astutely have pointed out to me as being so 2002, but happens with my cheap use of the stupid hippie rant about god dropping acid to describe a sunset. This forum is above that type of drivel.
its funny that you reference god whilst in the desert b/c i always say that if there is a god its (?) in the desert. and only then (being agnostic an all).
ps you'll notice i've made a few comments this evening - thats b/c i have just now started to read your blog! i'm sorry aaron, i'm terrible. i have just been putting it off and putting if off. but now that i am to be studying for finals i have all the time in the world for such things! i hope you guys are happy and safe.
